Brock and his crew are amazing. They came in to lower my chandelier among a few other small tasks. They created a new bracket to extend it down as well. They had to bring in scaffolding to get up to the ceiling, he moved all the furniture out of the way and protected the whole area. We will be using Brock as our electrician moving forward. It did take a little while to schedule but I am so happy we were able to get on his schedule.
Excellent customer service! We called the office and within an hour received a call back. Work was completed the next day! The crew arrived and immediately got to work. Riley reviewed the scope of the job with us and took the time to offer ideas for future new lighting to upgrade our outdated fixtures. They had to work with an older home's wiring and methodically diagnosed a switch problem. They had the problem corrected, three old fixtures removed, and new fixtures installed within two hours. The crew cleaned up, removed all debris and made sure we were completely satisfied! We highly recommend Cascade Electric - thank you!
I had a Power surge that caused a electrical panel fire, fried the entire panel outside. Called that morning and Reiley was at my house in an hour to start work, even had to run to Ellensburg for parts, those guys had it all fixed and put together same day. While PSE were here working on the overhead lines that blew out the panel and lines. Freezing Cold, they worked nonstop all day, by that evening I had power. I am Sooooooo very thankful for Cascade Electric and the guy's who work for them. M
It took a while to schedule a service visit but that’s generally a good thing, meaning the contractor is busy, because they’re good. That was certainly the case. Brock was professional and courteous and quickly resolved our issues. Will definitely use Cascade Electric again.
