Had Watertite come out to replace the hot and cold water valves and install a new faucet. They did a great job of communicating arrival times, estimated job length time and gave a vary fair quote over the phone and in person once they saw the valves. They were able to fix everything within two and half hours from when I called for a quote. Really appreciated the quickness!
Sharif and his team were excellent in our sewer work repair. I felt they were very honest and did great work. I received bids from other companies that were $10,000 more and suggested work that did not need to be done. They went above and beyond the call of duty, helping us with some other plumbing issues at no cost. They were recommended by a friend who also had a good experience. Sherif installed a new water heater and recirculation pump for my home in North Capitol Hill. My home is fairly old and my water heater was over twenty years old. It was my first time replacing a water heater and when I gave Sherif a call he patiently walked me through the possible outcomes and pricing for each option. Sherif gave me all the information without me committing to any kind of service. Also, Sherif had me send photos of my water heater to him so that he could assess the situation. I found this much more effective than many of the other plumbing companies that insist on a visit and $100+ charge before providing a quote. Sherif was very communicative on the day of my service. One of his earlier jobs had run longer but he kept me in the loop the entire time, letting me know when his ETA was going to be. When Sherif and his partner arrived they did the job with great care, making sure not to scuff up any part of the house while removing and installing the old and new water heaters. Overall it was a great experience. I highly recommend Watertite Plumbing.
Sharif came out and was absolutely top-notch to work with. He was very transparent (not at all "salesly") when talking about the longevity of our furnace, was able to fix a component of our Nest thermostat free-of charge, and gave a recommendation about how to self-service our water heater. Sharif's customer service was superb and would recommend him for any of your heating & plumbing needs!
I'm beyond happy with Watertite's workmanship! Sharif and his partner did an excellent job at my house. I've contacted several plumbers for updating the galvanized plumbing in my house, and of the few that actually came out and wrote a bid, Sharif actually followed through and was prompt. His bid was also the most affordable and he was the most available. Extremely pleasant to work with, and outstanding customer service. When issues arose, he was quick to solve them. He offered a small discount for scheduling delays that were out of his control, but I opted for installation assistance instead, to which he was more than happy to help me with. Sharif went above and beyond to ensure we were getting the best service. He is very knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in his work and service. I definitely recommend him if you are in King or Pierce County.
