I have only had the best expert care from Ben’s plumbing. From having a new garbage disposal replaced, water heaters installed to new valves replaced for a new refrigerator. Recently Nick worked on replacing a valve and did an excellent job. Was very helpful and knowledgeable.He was a pleasure to work with. We plan to have them back to replace some galvanized pipes in our basement .You can’t go wrong with this company!!!
Ben is great. He has lots of experience and knowledge and spotted problems quickly from the work by other plumbers. He is also very practical. He is more expensive than some other plumbers but I’m more than happy to pay his rates because I can trust his work. We have had some very negative experiences with cheaper plumbers and it’s not worth the risk using them again. Plumbing disasters can cause cost thousands of $ so it’s absolutely more than worth paying for a plumber you can trust like Ben.
I highly recommend Ben's Plumbing. Nic came out to help with my plumbing issue. I had multiple issues at my home, and he was patient and dealt with each issue with me. He explained to me the issues he sees, and answer all the questions I had. He proposed a few solutions to an issue I had, and pointed out some other issues that he observed. Ultimately we picked a solution that works best for me, and he went right to work. He was quick and still made sure to keep the working areas clean. Before Nic left, he also gave some recommendations on how to self maintain common plumbing issues. It was a great experience, thank you so much!
Oh, my! Ben entered my house with grace, competence and professionalism. He did an excellent job on my backflow assembly. While the work was of highest standard, the price was markedly lower than another company had estimated for the same job. I would have Ben back in a nanosecond to help me keep my house up to standard. I highly recommend Ben's work to other residents.
