We recently had Switch Electric install a Generac generator for our home and cannot say enough about the great customer service and quality of work they provided on this project. Customer service began with the initial phone conversation with the office staff. They were friendly, helpful and even arranged for Kory to come out the next day to provide an estimate. When Kory arrived he assessed our site, listened our concerns, answered all our questions and did not try to oversell products or services beyond our needs. We received a detailed estimate later that day at a reasonable price and decided to proceed. Bryan and his assistant arrived the next week to install our generator system. They were extremely courteous, answered any additional questions about the system and performed a top quality installation of all components. Before leaving they made sure we were satisfied with the work and that any additional questions were answered. The office staff followed up the next day to ensure we were satisfied with the work performed. Should we have any future needs for electrical services we will use Switch Electric.
Honestly, if I could make it a six star review, I would. What an amazing company to Hire! They came out reviewed my needs gave me a couple suggestions even fixed one of my switches on the spot. I had them come out put in 3-20 amp drops, the work was done in two days, I was without power for only about two hours. The technicians that came out to support the job were outstanding. I cannot say enough nice things about this company, and I have already referred them to one of my friends.
Aaron and Tyler are awesome. Aaron came and did a great fast job of setting me up with an EV charger. Later that evening when I got home I discovered my furnace was out. It was 20 degrees outside and the house was cold!! Tyler sent Aaron back ASAP. It turned out to be just a bizarre coincidence of timing. The work they had done was excellent; the issue was just with my furnace. I REALLY appreciated how quickly they responded. On top of that, I got 3 bids for the EV charger work, and their price was by far the best! I highly recommend choosing them for your electrical work!
This was my third project with Switch Electric: 1) Generator transfer switch install 2) EV Charger install 3) Diagnose a connection issue. I was very happy with the work that they did on all 3 projects. The installation work was completed with high quality and I never had issues with the work for #1 and #2. For #3, the tech (Jeremy) did a really good job diagnosing, and was able to quickly fix the issue. Overall I highly recommend Switch Electric.
This is the second time we’ve used Switch Electric! They installed the solar on our new home and now came back to install electric to my husband’s new workshop. In both cases we were very satisfied. Switch technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and on time! Their customer service team is also great, with flexible appointments and they always follow up when you call with questions! We’ll be adding more solar to our home next year and Switch will be our first call for that work and for any other electrical we need in the future! We can’t recommend them enough!
